Tender Details

IT services are advertised and are to be provided in the form of an EVB IT service contract. The contract term is three years with the option of a one-time extension of one year. The scope of services is 70 person days per year designed. . The operation of the IT-VBS currently used in the DEHSt based on DOMEA® must be guaranteed. As part of system support, among other things: The following services are requested: . ▸ Support in the context of specialist and system administration; ▸ Elimination of technical malfunctions and functional deficiencies; ▸ Installing patches and updates; ▸ Development and implementation of technical interfaces; ▸ Testing and documenting system changes; ▸ Handover of documents and sources; ▸ Participation in the further development of the architectural concept for IT-supported process processing; ▸ Introduction of additional components for IT-supported process processing; ▸ Participation in the product upgrade from DOMEA® to the ECM for Government. .
