The Baden-Württemberg Regional Finance Directorate, State Center for Data Processing (LZfD) needs external developers to further develop the tax software for which it is responsible and, in certain cases, for administration, planning and operation of the software different areas of focus. For this purpose, a framework agreement should be concluded with several contractors for different areas of responsibility (unskilled workers). The tender is carried out in several (4) lots. The task descriptions and The qualifications necessary for the implementation of the tasks are the B1_performance description and the questionnaire for performance assessment (technical catalog of criteria), the contractual details of the framework agreement (Part A) and the EVB-IT service contract for the retrieval of services (Part B of the framework agreement). The services from the framework agreement are called up via mini-competitions. In the mini-competition the decision is made in relation to the price of the personnel called up met. The price offer in the mini-competition is capped at the prices offered in the tendering process for the framework agreement.
