The BSR would like to reorganize innovation management at the BSR in order to maintain its innovative strength and to continue to assert itself as an industry leader. In recognition of the importance of innovation optimization of existing products, increasing efficiency or the development of new markets, Not at the sake of securing the future, innovation management is designed to increase the innovative strength of the BSR. The aim of the cooperation within the framework of the advertised framework contract is to support the ODD team in the achievement of its above goals. This includes: • the Professional and methodological ability of the internal ODD roles • of the coaching of the other internal innovation actors (innovation coordinator: inside, idea provider) with regard to contemporary, agile innovation methods • the strategic development of the innovation process, its integration with the BSR process landscape and-governance • Fundual technical training in special disciplines such as market and trend research, user research, Ux, business and service design strategic and conceptual training in the orientation of communication and the BSR internal community management Supplement and flank the above support services.
