Framework agreement for the implementation of potential analyzes

The subject of this tender is the conclusion of a three-year contract with an external service provider for the implementation of already designed half-day potential analysis procedures. If the maximum value of the call -up volume is not reached, the term is extended to consistent conditions by another year up to a maximum of six years. Due to greater flexibility in terms of schedule and against the background of a better reconciliation of work and private life, the procedures should generally be carried out virtually - using a suitable video conference tool - offered by the service provider. The video conference tool must be used by the employees of the needs provider without additional costs. BDBOS, Webex, Zoom, teams are usually suitable.
