Divided into three lots (mail services, parcel services, election notification letters), as these are different services and different markets. Lot 1 letter services: Framework agreement on the Transport of all letters - including postcards and additional registered mail - up to 1, 000 g (except postal delivery orders, tax notices, collection calendars, courier services and all items relating to elections and election-related items Occasions, see lot 3) with delivery throughout the entire territory of the Federal Republic of Germany or alternatively delivery of letters to a large MAIL acceptance point/letter center of Deutsche Post AG as well as forwarding of foreign mail. Lot 2 Parcel services Framework agreement for the national delivery of parcels and parcels (hereinafter referred to as shipments) with an individual weight of up to 31.5 kg (excluding urn transport).
