The subject of the order to be awarded is a framework agreement with an entrepreneurial pool via the implementation of approx. 1, 500 FM (plus options max. 6, 000 FM per year). Elberndorf, Lahnhof and Hofginsberg of the regional forestry office in Siegen-Wittgenstein. The individual services (positions) from this framework agreement are called up on the basis of the need. The option quantities cannot therefore be guaranteed. There is therefore no obligation to accept for the quantities specified by the client according to the order allocation.
