Framework agreement for hybrid postal services The Osterholz district has been handling hybrid outgoing mail services (including outgoing mail software) via a service provider since 2022. Due to the end of the contract, these services are new from July 1, 2026 to write out. It is therefore intended to reassign the hybrid postal services for the Osterholz district (except for the fines office) as well as for the city of Osterholz-Scharmbeck and the municipalities of Lilienthal and Schwanewede.
