The public client is the Düsseldorf Art Academy, Eiskellerstraße 1, 40213 Düsseldorf. The present call for applications from the Düsseldorf Art Academy is made in its own name and in the name of the Münster Art Academy, Leonardo-Campus 2, 48149 Münster as well as the Cologne Academy of Media Arts, Heumarkt 14, 50667 Cologne (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “client”). The subject of the procurement is an EVB-IT framework agreement on the following services: Implementation of further functions of the Campus management software HISinOne at the three aforementioned art universities in order to implement process improvements and increases in efficiency for teachers, students and the university administration and to meet requirements such as the OZG (project "HIS-Step2"). The framework agreement comes into force when the contract is awarded. The planned services begin on April 1, 2026. The framework agreement ends on June 30, 2028. The clients are entitled to terminate the framework agreement early at any time with a notice period of 3 months to the end of the month. However, the framework agreement ends at the latest when the maximum purchase limit is reached, without the need for termination. The envisaged order volume is 606 person days (Uniform calculation basis: 46 person-days on site and 560 person-days remotely). A binding maximum purchase limit of 696 person-days has been set (information based on the intended maximum term of the framework agreement including all extension options). There is no minimum purchase obligation. The contracting authorities are not obliged to award contracts within the meaning of this framework agreement under the framework agreement (see recital no. 61 the Directive 2014/24/EU).
