Karlsruhe, Kirchfeld Kaserne + MatLgr 1+2, framework agreement, framework agreement for heating / ventilation / plumbing (HLS), The intention is to commission specialist planning services for the technical equipment in accordance with Part 4, Section 2 HOAI on the basis of a Framework agreement for various projects in the Bundeswehr properties "Kirchfeld Kaserne, Materiallager 1 + 2" in Karlsruhe. The system groups 1, 2, 3 and 8 must be processed in accordance with Section 53 Paragraph 2 HOAI 2021. The maximum value of the framework agreement is €1, 100, 000 net fee for the intended total term of 7 years. This maximum value is expected to be awarded with around 25 individual orders. The eligible costs are estimated at approximately €7, 000, 000 net. It is intended to conclude this framework agreement with two economic operators. Renovation and conversion measures as well as ongoing construction maintenance measures on buildings and in the outdoor areas must be planned for the properties. Furthermore, measures are being taken to renovate the Building automation intended. The application must be made with the application for participation provided by the client.
