Tender Details

Services for gatekeeping, reception and security services are being tendered as a framework agreement for a portfolio of 4044 properties in Berlin and Brandenburg in 2 lots. For lot 1 - properties in the western part of Berlin and the countryside Brandenburg, for lot 2 - properties in the eastern part of Berlin. Some of the properties consist of several buildings, some are multi-story and include various portfolios of the state of Berlin (e.g. schools, police, culture, correctional facility, court, fire department and general inventory). The respective service, location and time of operation are retrieved individually. No entitlement to the award of individual orders can be derived from the framework agreement. It exists also no exclusive right. In the event of an order, the framework contract partner (contractor) is obliged to provide services for the individual orders at the prices stated in their offers throughout the entire contract period. We point out, that BIM - Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH also acts on behalf of other clients in the state of Berlin.
