Framework agreement for the further development of the CRM system (especially the project database for the specialist programs) based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM The subject of the award is the conclusion of a framework contract for services for the further development of the Engagement Global's existing CRM system (in particular the project database for Engagement Global's specialist programs) based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM The subject of the award is the conclusion of a framework contract (EVB-IT service contract). Further development of Engagement Global's existing CRM system based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. The CRM system consists of the following sub-areas: contact management system, event management system, inquiry management system and Carrier audit and especially the project database. The following five service areas are included in the range of services to be concluded in the framework agreement: - Switching to the Microsoft Azure Cloud, - Establishment of a portal for online applications, - Development of new modules and further development of existing functions, - Development and further development of interfaces to other systems and - Further development and support of the existing CRM system. For details, please refer to the Service description referenced. The term of the framework contract is to be 48 months and will begin when the contract is awarded (probably at the beginning of September 2026).
