The client (AG) is the Federal Republic of Germany, represented by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development. The contractor (AN) carries out removals and furniture transport within the jurisdiction of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in accordance with this service description. The BMZ has an office in Bonn and an office in Berlin. LOT 1 refers to the office in Bonn. LOT 2 refers to the Headquarters in Berlin. Bidders are free to submit an offer for one or both lots. The moving services include a total net order value of a maximum of EUR 140, 000 (upper price limit). In Bonn this amounts to EUR 70, 000 and in Berlin 70, 000 EUR. It is intended that the contract will be concluded for four years with the option of a one-year extension. For further explanations, see the service description, appendix 3a of the tender documents.
