Tender Details

The framework agreement partners for Lot 2 owe, in accordance with the respective individual orders, comprehensive financial consulting services, including according to auditor standards (IDW standards) or as part of assistance in tax matters according to the Tax Consulting Act from Min the acquisition of new and sale as well as management of existing (strategic) investments of KfW and KfW IPEX-Bank GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as the "transaction"). In addition, services are provided to accompany smaller Malue) of EUR 500 million under this framework agreement according to lot 2. The KfW generally carries out the transactions subject to the consultation as an allocation transaction within the meaning of Section 2 Paragraph 4 of the KfW Act on behalf of the Federal Republic of Germany. The framework agreement partners therefore have an interestn of KfW and the Federal Republic of Germany. Performance results of the framework agreement partners will be disclosed to public bodies (such as federal ministries, state ministries or possibly the European Commission) depending on needs and circumstances. Legal advice serviceen are not a service item under this framework agreement for lot 2. KfW estimates the maximum order volume of this contract (lot 2) to be approximately 40, 000 hours.
