AGKAMED issues a framework agreement for the procurement of enteral nutrition in the name and on behalf of the authorized member institutions named in Annex 1. Drinking food AGKAMED writes in the name and on behalf of the company listed in Appendix 1 a framework agreement for the procurement of enteral nutrition to designated authorized member institutions. The service is divided into ten lots: Lot 1 - Drinking food Lot 2 - Dessert Lot 3 - Thickener Lot 4 - tube feeding Lot 5 - PEG sets Lot 6 - perk. Probes Lot 7 - transn. Probes Lot 8 - Transfer devices (SK) Lot 9 - transfer devices (+pumps) Lot 10 - Accessories A multi-partner framework agreement is concluded for each lot. The framework agreement has a basic term of twelve (12) months from the award of the contract and can be extended through extension options up to the maximum total term specified in the tender documents. There is no entitlement to retrieval or acceptance. The quantities and specified in the tender documents Configurations serve as non-binding estimates and can vary during the contract term within the defined performance and option framework. A framework agreement is concluded without an obligation to purchase.
