Framework agreement for empty apartment expansion Empty apartment expansion The Leipziger Wohnungs- und Baugesellschaft mbH (LWB) is conducting a negotiation process with a prior participation competition for the award of framework contracts for the expansion of empty apartments in the building stock LWB in Leipzig. Up to 20 companies are to be bound as framework contract partners who will work on an individual basis for the expansion of empty apartments, especially in the trades of painting, flooring, plumbing, heating, tiling and electrical as well as various Ancillary services (demolition, disposal, bricklaying, drywall construction, cleaning) are provided. The tendered service involves services in several trades for the expansion of empty apartments in the context of tenant changes. It is about each uninhabited apartments. The standard prices are adjusted annually based on the construction price index genesis maintenance of residential buildings. The empty apartment expansion is characterized by the fact that several trades are regularly carried out per apartment to be carried out at different intensities. There are also several types of empty apartments (old buildings, industrial construction) and the apartments are distributed within the Leipzig city area (south, east, center, west).
