Framework agreement documentation system With the construction of the “East Frisian Sea Central Hospital”, the local authorities of the Aurich district and the city of Emden are creating a hospital through their joint sponsoring company, Kliniken Aurich-Emden-Norden Medical care of the future for rural areas under municipal sponsorship. The current three hospital locations for basic and standard care in Aurich, Emden and Norden will become a modern clinical campus with a service and Quality standards of a key provider, with significant maximum supply shares, connections to the universities in the region to be developed in the future, summarized in the transport center of the three cities.
