Framework agreement for the disposal of road demolition and excavated soil material
The city of Heidelberg (civil engineering department and municipal utilities) and the Stadtwerke Heidelberg Netze GmbH (SWH-N) are writing a framework agreement about theDisposal of road demolition and excavated soil material across Europe. The contract begins on August 1, 2024 and ends on July 31, 2027.
Partially recyclable waste is to be disposed of in the form of asphalt road debris and excavated soil and earth. The material comes from road, underground andnd sewer construction work carried out by the client, which can extend over a period of several weeks. The contractor's services are based on individual orders that are placed on request by the client. The conditions for individual orders are set out in a framework agreement fwhich is the subject of the present procurement procedure.
The service is divided into three lots. Lot 1 includes the masses of the city of Heidelberg, lot 2 those of the city's own company "Stadtbetriebe Heidelberg" and lot 3 those of the Stadtwerke Heidelberg Netze GmbH.
All lots will be sold to oneBidders awarded, so bids must be submitted for all lots. The decisive factor for the selection of offers is the cheapest offer in the sum of all lots.
