The subject of the procurement is the development, coordination and implementation as well as the evaluation of a health promotion and prevention program for daycare centers (subject lot 1). Framework agreement for development, coordination and implementation a program for health promotion and prevention in daycare centers (subject lot 1) The services to be provided by the contractor can be roughly divided into several steps (phases), which are only carried out with the contractor and the company after the contract has been awarded DAK health can be fine-tuned: - Step 1: Setting up the work structure / creating a project plan - Step 2: Step 2: Conception and development phase - Step 3: Implementation phase - Step 4: Implementation and evaluation phase subject The task is to create various concepts. The concepts have to classify the initial situation, the objectives and target groups of the project, the solution approach, the required resources, a time plan, risks and success factors as well as a to describe the contractor's clear and comprehensible planning and approach (measures and methodology). The concepts must be coherent and understandable for others, i.e. written understandably and concisely. The following concepts are according to the Award of contract to be drawn up by the contractor: 1.
