The subject of the procurement is the development, coordination and implementation as well as the evaluation of a program for health promotion and prevention for primary and special schools (subject lot 2). Framework agreement for development, coordination and Implementation of a program for health promotion and prevention in primary and special schools (subject 2) The services to be provided by the contractor can be roughly divided into several steps (phases), which only begin after the contract has been awarded be fine-tuned with the contractor and DAK-Gesundheit: - Step 1: Setting up the work structure / creating a project plan - Step 2: Step 2: Conception and development phase - Step 3: Implementation phase - Step 4: Implementation and evaluation phase The subject of the order is the creation of various concepts. The concepts have to classify the initial situation, the objectives and target groups of the project, the solution approach, the required resources, a time plan and risks and success factors as well as a clear and comprehensible planning and approach (measures and methodology) of the contractor. The concepts must be coherent and comprehensible to others, i.e. written in an understandable and concise manner be. The following concepts must be created by the contractor after the contract has been awarded: 1.
