Framework agreement for the delivery of licenses and support from the manufacturer Veeam, along with associated services The client intends to conclude a framework agreement that covers all needs for Veeam software products and related products Services guaranteed. In its role as the central IT service provider for the state administration of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (M-V), the client has to respond to the corresponding request of these and other institutions sponsored by the state of M-V and Companies that are owned by the state must ensure that they are equipped with IT technology. In addition, as a 100% state-owned GmbH, the client has its own needs for IT technology and software. The client operates on behalf of the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania state administration as well as various specialist procedures for his own purposes, for which he uses different Veeam software products. In addition, the client equips its customers from the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania state administration Request with Veeam licenses. The client intends to conclude a framework agreement which will cover all of the client's needs - for internal company purposes as well as within the framework of services for the client's end customers - as well as the Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania state administration in Veeam software products and associated services.
