This tender is intended to conclude a framework agreement for the delivery and commissioning of digital board systems including an on-site guarantee as well as service and support for the city of Gersthofen. The framework agreement requires individual prices and an additional discounton a price list from a manufacturer in the field of digital boards. The framework agreement must have a basic term of 24 months and can be optionally extended twice by the client for a further 12 months each time. The devices are accessed depending on the project plan. After addhlag, the project plan is coordinated between the client and the contractor.
Furthermore, with this tender, the on-site guarantee as well as the service and support services of the existing board systems and the newly acquired board systems are to be transferred to a service provider for a period of 36 months with the Option twice, each time to be extended by a further 12 months.
