The subject of the service is the recurring destruction and disposal of files and data storage media at all BALM locations in Cologne, Berlin, Bremen, Dresden, Erfurt, Hanover, Kiel, Mainz, Munich, Muenster, Saarbruecken, Schwerin and Stuttgart over a period of four (4) years (based on individual orders).
The term of the framework agreement is automatically extended twice by one (1) year each, up to a maximum term of six (6) years, if the contract is not terminated at least six (6) months before the end of the applicable contract period.
