Framework agreement on the creation of a requirement specification for BIS-BoKat 3.0 as well as project support in the development and introduction phase ("Project management BIS-BoKat 3.0") The State Office for the Environment (LfU; client, hereinafter referred to as AG) intends to do so By means of an open procedure, a framework agreement on the creation of a requirement specification with a preliminary requirement specification and economic feasibility analysis (WiBe) for the development of soil protection and waste management Individual software, as well as the subsequent project support for the client in the development and introduction phase. The project management is supposed to coordinate the new development of BIS-BoKat. The following partial services are available provide: 1. Comprehensive analysis and description of the existing application 2. Identification and description of the technical and functional requirements for BIS-BoKat 3.0 3. Preparation of a profitability analysis for BIS-BoKat 3.0 4. Consideration of security and data protection requirements for BIS-BoKat 3.0 5. Preparation of a requirement specification as a basis for the subsequent tender for the "new development of BIS-BoKat 3.0" 6.
