Framework agreement for Cisco Unified Communications and collaboration systems (video conferencing systems) The subject of the tender is the delivery, implementation and migration of products or licenses/subscriptions as well as the support and provision of Services for the complex Cisco communications and collaboration infrastructure in the Heidelberg University Hospital group. The infrastructure components currently in use should be upgraded or extensions should be implemented consistently become. The systems/system components should be ordered both individually and as part of collective orders during the term. Likewise, the services required for this / consulting for conception / extensions / Migrations/maintenance contracts for the operation of the systems used are successively commissioned during the term of the agreement.
