Framework agreement on bicycle leasing for employees and servants of the state of Lower Saxony by means of deferred compensation The state of Lower Saxony intends to conclude a framework agreement on the leasing of bicycles (Framework agreement leasing) and the conclusion of a further framework service agreement to handle the bicycle leasing. Leasingnehmer wird das Land Niedersachsen. There is no obligation to purchase goods from the state of Lower Saxony. From the country Leased bicycles are made available for use by authorized employees and servants in conjunction with deferred compensation.
