Framework agreement on bicycle leasing for employees and servants of the state of Lower Saxony by means of deferred compensation The state of Lower Saxony intends to conclude a framework agreement on the leasing of bicycles (Framework agreement leasing) and the conclusion of a further framework service agreement to handle the bicycle leasing. The lessee will be the state of Lower Saxony. There is no obligation to purchase goods from the state of Lower Saxony. From the country Leased bicycles are made available for use by authorized employees and servants in conjunction with deferred compensation. With regard to the employees and servants entitled to call from the leasing framework agreement, see section 2.8. the service description - general part (part A) attached to the tender documents. Further details on the type and scope of the contract can be found in the service description - technical part (Part B) attached to the tender documents and in the under point 2 of the general part (part A) of the general part of the service description attached to the tender documents.
