Framework agreement BCM consulting services 2026-2030 The subject matter is a framework agreement on the provision of BCM consulting services with an economic operator for a maximum term of 4 years (2 years initial contract term, Contract extension option for 2 additional years). To protect the time-critical business processes of gematik GmbH (as a company) against unplanned interruptions, gematik GmbH (gematik) has a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). Implemented based on BSI Standard 200-4. The gematik-internal BCMS includes the BCM processes, responsibilities and organization for the gematik business processes and the company's supporting resources for the implementation of them Governance role.
