Tender Details

The HZI intends to award the following services to the contractor in the form of a framework agreement. The period of the framework agreement covers the audit of the annual financial statements for the financial years 2026 to 2029. With this tender, the HZI is preparing to award the contract; the Appointment of the annual auditors (concrete contract award in individual cases) is carried out by the responsible body of the institution. It follows that the appointment/election of the annual auditors (award of the contract) is carried out by the respective shareholders' meeting of the relevant companies each for one year. It is intended to appoint the annual auditors for a period of four years (2026 to 2029) on the basis of this tender. No obligation to reappoint can be derived from the framework agreement. The order The annual auditor is also subject to the approval of the funding recipient, the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR). In addition, agreement with the Federal Audit Office (BRH) is required following or in the course of the tendering process planned commission (see Section 68 Paragraph 1 Sentence 2 BHO).
