Brief description of the subject of the procurement As part of the present award procedure, the Free State of Bavaria (client) - represented here by the Julius Maximilian University of Würzburg - is awarding awards for 10 state universities and 21 state universities Universities of applied sciences/technical universities/art and music colleges, 2 subordinate state institutions and 6 university hospitals (institutions under public law), the University of the Federal Armed Forces in Munich, 3 church ones Universities/colleges/art and music colleges and 2 other academic institutions as well as their co-supplied institutions (for details see the participating institutions and institutions to be supplied mentioned under point 2) have a framework agreement for the Purchase of products from the manufacturer Apple in accordance with the service specifications of the procedure.
