Framework agreement on active network components. Framework Agreement Active Network Components (2027-2030) The subject of the procurement is the conclusion of a framework agreement for existing and new active network components from Cisco Systems including software, licenses, delivery, installation and support as well as other services for the existing LAN and WAN infrastructure of the state capital Munich (hereinafter referred to as LHM). The framework agreement has a term of four years (48 months). is concluded with an economic operator. The framework agreement includes in particular: • Replacement procurement including maintenance agreements for network components in need of replacement • If necessary, expansion of the existing network infrastructure including maintenance agreement • Design, customizing, consulting, participation (support) • Third level support • system-related accessories • Provision of the software and all necessary licenses • Assembly and configuration • Recording, modification and the introduction of user data and routing tables • Necessary testing, pivoting and switching work and labeling, in particular the patching in order to be able to put the network into operation and patching for the tertiary connections according to the specifications of the client.
