The Bavarian State Institute for Forest and Forestry (LWF) is a subordinate authority of the Bavarian Forest Administration to the Bavarian State Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Forestry. It conducts practice-oriented, applied forest research and development projects, advice and training as well as long-term monitoring tasks in the forests of Bavaria. The LWF is the contact for other authorities, forest owners, institutions and organizations that deal with forest and forestry, as well as for the interested public. The LWF as the client wants its needs for the production and imaging services for the production of high-resolution stereo air pictures and derived Fast Orthophotos (FDOP), classic orthophotos (KDOP) and surface models (DOM) and True Orthophotos (TDOP) above the area of the area Free State Bavaria for different research and monitoring tasks as part of this framework agreement.
