The award procedure is therefore aimed at companies that provide temporary workers as “hirers” to the client for a fee for a limited period of time left. Train drivers throughout Germany The train driver throughout Germany is independently responsible for the safe execution of train journeys in freight transport, taking into account safety in railway operations and the applicable regulations Norms. These include the following main tasks: - Prepare train and shunting trips (e.g. coupling vehicles, adjusting brakes, carrying out brake tests and creating wagon lists, brake notes and other train documents and checking them for completeness) - train and carry out shunting trips independently, safely, punctually and economically - Operate locomotives independently, safely and economically - Carrying out care and minor maintenance and repair work on locomotives within the framework the preparatory and final service. - Recognize, label, report, document defects and damage to locomotives, wagons and loads and, in consultation with the responsible employees, determine and carry out appropriate measures - Rules for safe transport and the safe and punctual execution of the operation - Recognize irregularities, disruptions and possible dangerous situations in a timely manner, report them and respond to the situation...
