Framework agreement - bicycle leasing

The subject of the service is the provision of bicycles by way of leasing (partial amortization leasing) in accordance with TV bicycle leasing for the purpose of transferring them to Tarifemployed for business and private use including insurance, training and services (in particular handling of the ordering, return and claims processing processes, maintenance and repairs, incident management and provision of an online portal) on the basis ofIndividual leasing contracts in accordance with the detailed specifications of the service description. A minimum purchase quantity is not agreed. The estimated purchase quantity is 150 bikes. The individual leasing contracts each have a fixed term of 36 months. The contractor has no claim to thisuf that the client makes calls.
