2 Prior to access of the Tender Documents in Tawreed, the Tenderer is required to submit a non-refundable ‘Tender Fee- in Tawreed using the e-Payment Gateway.
Outline Tender Process and Submission of Tender
1 Orpic will be conducting all tendering, invoice management and associated activities through Tawreed portal (https://tawreed.orpic.om/web/login.html)
2 If you are an existing supplier within Orpic, you should have already received an email from tawreed@orpic.om with your username and temporary password. Upon login, the system will prompt you to change your password.

satisfactory evaluation of the Technical Tender.
