Announcement of a tender to supply the Customs Authority with stationery and office tools. The Libyan Customs Authority announces its desire to supply stationery and office tools. National companies wishing to enter into this tender must go to the headquarters of the Purchasing Committee in the General Administration Building of the Customs Authority located In the Al-Dhahra area, Tripoli, during official working hours, to receive the specifications and conditions booklet for the required item, within a maximum period of five days from the date of publishing this announcement. Conditions for submission: 1 - The company must be registered in the register of companies with the Libyan Customs Authority. In the event of non-registration, it is required Completing the registration procedures before submitting the offer 2 A comprehensive profile file about the company that includes the following documents must be attached to the offer An official authorization in the name of the company-s representative to participate in the bid A valid license to practice an activity A recent and valid tax payment certificate A copy of the articles of incorporation or articles of association The company has a recent extract from the commercial registry indicating registration in the importers- registry or the industrial registry, depending on the nature of the activity.
