Description : INVITATION TO BID 1. Lahore Electric Supply Company invites sealed bids Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure (Technical & Commercial Separately) from potential dealing Firms / Companies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax departments FOR MAINTENANCE / SUPPORT SERVICES FOR WEB PORTAL, MACHINE READABLE BILL COLLECTION SYSTEM AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND BILLING SYSTEM (CIBS). 2. Bidding Documents, containing detailed terms and conditions, method of procurement, procedure for submission of bids, bid security, bid validity, opening of bid, evaluation criteria, clarification / rejection of bids, performance guarantee etc are available for the interested bidders at O/o Director General (IT) LESCO IT Directorate, 132-KV Ghazi Grid Station, Barki Road, Lahore. Price of the bidding documents is Rs. 1000. Bidding documents can also be downloaded from www.lesco.gov.pk free of cost. (Only for information). 3.
