This tender concerns the conclusion of one or more supply contracts for various servers for the “Mainline-6G” project and in lot 1 for the “IDIAL” project. Three lots are being advertised: •Lot 1 - LLM Hosting Server •Lot 2 - Storage server •Lot 3 - Virtualization Server Lot 1 - LLM Hosting Server As part of a research project, two LLM hosting servers must be procured twice. The product must meet the following criteria: •Dual Node Nvidia Grace Hopper Superchip GH200 NVL2 (Grace CPU und H100 GPU) •RAM: 960GB LPDDR5X ECC (480GB pro Node) und 288GB HBM3e (144GB pro GPU) •CPU-GPU Interconnect: NVLink-C2C •GPU-GPU Interconnect: NVLink •Netzwerk: ConnectX-7 Dual-port QSFP112 200Gbit Infiniband und Ethernet •NVMe OS: 2x 960GB M.2 NVMe PCIe4.0 3D TLC with 5 year warranty •NVMe data: 3x 3.84TB E1.S NVMe PCIe4.0 3D TLC with 5 year warranty •Air cooling •Board Management Controller (BMC) including licenses for OOB updates of BIOS and firmware •Operating system: none •Warranty: 3 years for Overall system Note: A separate invoice must be issued for the two systems.
