The appearance and consistency is opaque, homogeneous liquid, without sediment, without cream sediment. Taste and smell - Clean, without foreign odors, not characteristic of fresh milk; pronounced tastes and odors, with a slight taste of boiling. Made from whole skimmed milk, subjected to homogenization and short-term high-temperature treatment. Does not contain artificial additives and preservatives. The packaging must contain complete information about the composition, shelf life and expiration date, with the legal address of the manufacturer. Labeling must comply with TR CU 022/2011 Food products regarding their labeling. Milk must meet the requirements of ST RK 1733-2015.
