The subject of the procedure is the conclusion of a framework contract for the purchase, delivery and ready-to-use installation as well as the full service (see service description chapter 1.9) of folding and inserting machines for medium output quantities, with which the nationwide needs should be covered in all departments of the client (AG). The folding and inserting machines are mainly used to process daily mail. This is mostly mixed mail, i.e. Different paper qualities, some stapled and folded, with the possibility of inserting inserts. The quantities stated are based on past experience, represent a forecast for the future and serve as a basis for Calculation of the prices and are used as the evaluation price to determine the most economical offer. The maximum quantity for this procurement is 30 inserting machines. For the other items in the service specification it is there stated estimated quantity is the maximum quantity. These values represent the upper limit under procurement law for the use of the framework agreement. The contract is concluded with the award and is divided into the following service parts: Purchase: The client can from the point in time on The catalog, ready to order, is available from the contractor (AN) Folding and Inserting Machines by December 2nd, 2028. Full service: The contractor is obliged to provide the folding and inserting machines once they are delivered and ready for operation To provide full service for a period of 8 years. The full service can be canceled by the client for each machine with 6 weeks' notice at the end of the quarter.
