The order includes the preparation, implementation, evaluation and documentation of flow measurements as well as the creation and verification of water level flow relationships (W/Q relationships) at a total of 7 gauges on the Saale cascade in Thuringia. Approximately 30 flow measurements will be necessary per year. A high level of flexibility is required because flood levels cannot always be planned.
