Type of procedure: VOB, public tender LBIH NL Rhine-Main May 21, 2026 10:00 am The floor covering work includes in particular the renewal of floor coverings in existing areas, primarily in office areas, hallways and other ancillary rooms. The scope The work amounts to approx. 1, 300 m2 of textile floor covering in office areas and approx. 400 m2 of linoleum flooring in corridor areas. In addition, smaller floor covering work must be carried out in adjacent rooms. The services include preparation and repair of the substrates, necessary filling and leveling work as well as the laying of the new floor coverings including skirting boards and connection work. The execution is carried out in sections in five construction phases from the ground floor to the 2nd floor taking ongoing operations into account. Due to the use, unavoidable construction breaks must be planned between the individual construction phases.
