KMG Kliniken Thüringen-Brandenburg GmbH is building the new replacement building “Component C” for the clinic there at the Sömmerda location. The contract includes floor preparation, repair and covering work on a total of around 2, 600 m² of floor space. The Services include cleaning 250 m² and an additional 15 m² of heavily soiled subfloors, sanding and vacuuming 2, 250 m² of subsurface and restoring 10 m² of screed surfaces. Cracks, construction and connection joints are opened a total length of approx. 4, 000 m was repaired, including 138 m construction joints, 20 m field boundary joints, 2, 175 m crack impregnations, 130 m dummy joints and 2, 410 m wall and floor connection joints; additional 107 pieces of steel frame joints. Spatula and Priming work is carried out on 2, 340 m² of cement filler and 2, 250 m² of pre-painting areas, supplemented by 10 m² of spot defects and 90 m² of preparatory work in the old building. The installation includes 1, 350 m² of homogeneous PVC covering R9, 245 m² conductive PVC covering R9, 100 m² PVC covering R10 B/C, 20 m² PVC covering R10 for storage rooms, 625 m² vinyl design covering and 6 m² PVC panel covering. In addition, 849 m of trough-shaped base strips, 1, 323 m of adjustable bases and 18 m of transition profiles will be manufactured. Further services include the collection and disposal of 10 m² of old flooring, the dismantling of 90 m² of skirting boards, the covering of 4 inspection hatches and the installation of 2, 535 m² of protective cover. ...
