The building management company of the Limburg-Weilburg district (EGW) is planning the energy-efficient renovation of the Serenadenhof administration building and the addition of another floor. The existing building is located in the city's central downtown location Limburg a.d. Lahn, between the town hall, town hall and the town hall's underground car park.
