ReFoPlan: “Participation in the German Adaptation Strategy to Climate Change (DAS)” The project is intended to support the update process towards DAS 2028 with informal and formal participation formats to include stakeholders and citizens support the established common umbrella brand “Climate Adaptation Dialogue”. The participation process should fundamentally be based on the approach already developed and implemented as part of DAS 2024, but more strongly be streamlined. The project is intended to conceptually develop and implement the participation formats, document the results and recommendations and accompany the participation process with ongoing public relations work. Essentially the following should: Services are provided: - Informal decentralized participation formats for stakeholders on selected topic clusters/fields under the responsibility of the environmental department (AP1) - Informal central participation format for stakeholders on the DAS topic clusters and with an overarching perspective (WP2) - Formal consultation with the states, associations and the public on the draft strategy 2028 (AP3) - Accompanying youth participation (WP4) - Communication and public relations (WP5) - Project management (WP6)
