ReFoPlan: “Foreign-related regulation: Comparison of the different approaches and development of opportunities for improvement - preliminary study” The BMUKN and the UBA are involved in several subject areas with similar issues regarding design and implementation deals with regulations that also refer to situations abroad (regulation with extraterritorial effect). A well-founded overview has not yet been carried out.
