Refoplan: "Human biomonitoring analysis parc aligned studies - German post TV1: neonicotinoids" The aim of the project is to investigate human samples that are obtained as part of German participation in the Parc ("Partnership for a Risk Assessment of Chemicals"). TheResults serve to determine and update data on the corporal pollution and pollutant loads in the domestic area of the general population in Germany and Europe. As part of the study, morning urine samples are received as an analysis matrix. Approx. 660 urine samplesare to be examined for neonicotinoids (n-desmethyl acetamiprid, acetamiprid, imidacloprid, imidacloprid olefin, imidacloprid 5-hydroxy). Further neonicotinoid metabolites are to be analyzed optionally. The transmission of results takes place in a quality -assured manner in a format specified by the UBA(Excel). The contractor manufactures reports that include the description of the analysis and quality controls carried out. The quality and plausibility of the results must be commented on.
