Gun made of chrome steel with ABS handle. AC motor. 2. Before delivering the goods, the Supplier is obliged to agree on the sample and dimensions of the delivered goods with the Customer; 3.Item must be new, properly packaged and free from mechanical damage; 4. Delivery and unloading of goods to the Customer is carried out at the expense of the Supplier; 5. The supplier is obliged to deliver the goods within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing the contract. The supplier must provide a warranty period for goods (at least 12 months). 6. The Supplier is obliged to notify (telephone, fax, e-mail) about the dispatch of the goods to the Customer within 24 hours; 7. On the day of delivery of goods, the Supplier is obliged to send to the Customer a document approved by an electronic digital signature via the web portal acceptance and transfer of goods; 8. The Customer has the right to conduct an examination unilaterally and involve experts and expert organizations in its conduct if he has doubts about the quality of the sample of goods provided/supplied by the Supplier or the goods provided for in the Contract, while notifying P...
