Lots: Maintenance services for fire/burglar alarms/extinguishing systems/video surveillance and similar equipment - Monthly maintenance services for fire extinguishing systems for 2026. In accordance with established requirements, the Contractor provides the following services: Taking measures to eliminate malfunctions in the security sensor system and providing recommendations for their elimination. Consulting services on the operation of the facility-s security sensor system. Scheduled monitoring of equipment operation, which is carried out monthly. Quarterly extended maintenance, including elimination of identified faults and repair work. If the fire alarm system is found to be inoperative The Contractor is obliged to immediately notify the Customer. The Contractor provides a complete description of the faulty equipment, as well as a list of necessary spare parts for its repair. The Contractor repairs equipment, replaces parts, carries out a complete check of the system-s functionality and provides a guarantee for the work performed. The Contractor is obliged to provide the Customer with a fire alarm system maintenance log. If necessary, the Contractor provides the Customer with a technical documentation necessary for commissioning of equipment. The contract is valid from the moment it is signed by both parties until December 31, 2026.
