Fire protection framework agreement Framework agreement for specialist fire protection planning for renovations/conversions of the existing buildings on the grounds of the University Hospital Hamburg-Eppendorf (UKE) during the up to 4-year term of the framework agreements (2 years Fixed term + 2 year extension option). The service phases of individual orders partially include all relevant AHO service phases. In some cases, individual or combined service phases will be commissioned. It's one of each Phased commissioning is planned, whereby the optional phased commissioning can take place in whole or in part. The framework agreement is intended to bind two framework contract partners. An individual contract will be commissioned if necessary alternating. The framework contract partners are therefore commissioned for every second individual order. For the individual contracts, the public client will commission the framework contract partners with an overall economic equivalent for the duration ensure the contract term.
