Expression of Interest are invited for Fire Protection Equipment and Supplies.

Submitted Expressions of Interest (EOI) will be evaluated in line with the requested
documents listed below:
EVALUATION CRITERIA
I. A Business Profile
II. A Valid Copy of a Municipal License.
III. A Valid Copy of a Business Registration Certificate
IV. A valid Copy of current NRA Tax Clearance Certificate
V. A Certified Copy of GST Certificate
VI. A Valid Copy of a NASSIT Clearance Certificate
VII. A Valid Works Certificate from Ministry of Works and Public Assets (MWPA)
indicating the Class of Construction (For Civil Works Contractors only)
VIII. Contractors can also supply details of equipment holdings i.e. type of equipment, their
functions and specifications
IX. Evidence of financial capacity to supply goods, works and services in the category of
operation.
X. Evidence of Past Performance.
Please note that the Commission will have to verify all the above listed submissions with the
appropriate authorities. Requested documentation set forth in this advert are in conformity with
Section 21(1) of the Public Procurement Act 2016. As a result, only Suppliers, Contractors and
Consultants who meet the requisite qualifications will be shortlisted and included into the NCP’s
Supplier Database for further consideration.
The National Commission for Privatisation would like to inform the public that registration as a
Supplier does not constitute automatic offer of business. The Registration of Suppliers shall be
an ongoing exercise to accommodate new entrants in the supply and delivery of Goods, Works
and Services in the various categories listed above.
All Expressions of Interest should be submitted in sealed envelope not later than Monday 22nd
